The single session counselling service is a walk in clinic that offers a one-time appointment with a registered clinician focused on a concern you currently have. During this appointment you will develop a plan to best meet your needs.
When should I seek help?
You are the best person to determine when counselling may be helpful to you. As a suggestion, look for help if you are experiencing:
Troubles with sleep/energy levels
Problems with starting or finishing daily activities
Overwhelming emotions/low mood/ worried thoughts
Troubling thoughts
