Online appointment booking is available 24/7 through a secure and confidential portal. The online booking system should NOT be used for a medical emergency. Should you require immediate attention, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital emergency department.

Start by clicking on the links below. Browse available appointment slots with the online calendar and choose the type of visit you require and the reason for your visit. Please specify in your request whether you wish to book a phone appointment (default) or a video appointment. You will get a text or email confirming your appointment request.

Video appointments may not be offered by all physicians. Video visits will require you to use either a smartphone or a computer with a camera and internet connection. For video appointments, you will be sent an email invitation at the time of your appointment with instructions on how to attend the visit. Please ensure that your doctor’s office has your updated email address on file.
