Starting May 6th, 2020
This Mood Management Group offers support to people struggling with depression, low mood or anxiety. This is an eight week group that will introduce you to cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to help you become more aware of your thinking and help you feel better and regain control. This group is available to anyone age 18 and over.
How do i register?
Walk in appointments are offered every Thursday at 8:00am (Single Session appointments)
