Program Overview

The Healthy You Program focuses on making lifestyle changes to help you reach and maintain a healthier you.  Through this 11 week program, you will learn how nutrition, physical activity, self-esteem, your behaviours and the environment affect your weight.  Each week, you will gain knowledge, learn a skill and build confidence by applying it to your lifestyle.

 Topics include:

  • Understanding you eating patterns
  • Nutrition basics and goal setting
  • Mindfulness and behaviour change
  • Active living and your health
  • Menu planning and how to shop for foods
  • Dining out
