Program Overview

Centered on linking breath with mindful movements, this chair-based program allows for the benefits of a typical yoga practice using the support of a chair.  Participants will focus on improving posture, range of motion, strength and flexibility.  Additionally, participants can expect a reduction in stress and anxiety.

This program is available to individuals who:

  • Have difficulty getting down to the floor
  • Experience chronic pain
  • Recovering from injury
  • Sedentary lifestyle
  • New to yoga

What you need to know

  • This program runs for 8 weeks
  • Wear comfortable clothes
  • Bring water for hydration
