Our After Baby Group is a program for parents struggling with mood changes after having a baby (under 12 months). This group is run in collaboration with Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital and the EarlyON Child and Family Centre. Topics covered in this group include:

Self-care
Relationships
Difficult emotions
Increasing compassion
