After Hours Clinic

Our After Hours Evening Clinic is available to all patients of the North Simcoe Family Health Team who need urgent care due to the sudden onset of symptoms.

If you require non urgent care please call your physician’s office during regular daytime office hours to book an appointment.

Do you have any of these symptoms?

• Ear ache
• Sore throat
• Rash
• Infection (i.e. bladder, eye, vaginal)
• Minor laceration
• Sprains/other injuries
• Fever
• Cough/cold

…then you are eligible for the AHC!

Hours of Operation:

Monday to Thursday 5:00-8:00
Saturday 9:00-12:00

• Prescription Renewals
